an old, no longer functional steel mill, completely redone to accomadate people, was a great setting for a party. the place with 20 feet or so high ceilings was reconditioned extremely well. they had left some of the machinery but had created enough space in the middle and in some cases in and around the machinery for people to mingle, dance or eat! what a great way to reuse something that has such a history in this town instead of letting it to ruin.

this winter has been a very long and white one in bavaria, with some real pluses like the beautiful winter sceneries.
