this winter has been a very long and white one in bavaria, with some real pluses like the beautiful winter sceneries. the pictures are from munich and surrrounding areas like the tegernsee valley - located on the northern edge of the alps - beautiful lake tegernsee nestles between hills and mountains and is lined by idilic yet quaint towns! although the pictures were taken in color, i found them to be very monochromatic and decided it would be better if it were in simple black and white.

between november and early january i visted 5 places in europe - from cities in germany to south tirol in italy.
